Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Karāchi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms, communicating with potential clients, negotiating project terms, and ensuring bid proposals are competitive. The role involves market research, understanding client needs, and maintaining a high win rate for the projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Social Media Platforms sales Discord, Twitter X, Instagram, Facebook, Threads etc
  • Strong negotiation and client communication skills
  • Ability to understand client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Experience in IT consulting, web development, or relevant technical background is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
