Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated
Business Development Specialist
to join our dynamic team at Techbanq. BDS will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new software development opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and ultimately closing deals. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, strong sales skills, and a passion for technology to sell our software development services effectively.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • 2- 3 years of experience in any software house in Business Development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in software development, such as AI, blockchain, cloud computing, and web/mobile technologies.
  • Knowledge of software development pricing models (hourly rates, fixed-price contracts, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience in managing long sales cycles and complex project proposals.
  • A strong network of potential clients in industries like fintech, healthcare, retail, or e-commerce is a bonus
