Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Finance & Admin Manager position. The Finance & Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, financial planning, and reporting. Additional tasks include handling administrative functions, coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the overall business strategy. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively.
Qualifications
- 3-4 in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting
- Experience in Accounting and Financial Analysis
- Proficiency in Administrative Management and Coordination
- Strong understanding of Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage teams effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus
