We are a renowned housing society in Lahore, ranked among the city's leading real estate developments (similar to Bahria Town, Lake City, Bahria Orchard, and Al Kabir Town). To further strengthen our operations, we are looking for a highly experienced Admin Officer to handle administrative affairs with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day administrative operations of the society.
  • Oversee staff management, security coordination, and facility maintenance.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth operational workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Manage vendor relations, procurement, and logistical support.
  • Assist management in developing and implementing admin policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or relevant field.
  • 5–6 years of proven admin experience in a reputed housing society/real estate sector.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
