Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Executive who not only brings motivation, curiosity, and passion for collaboration but also possesses a strong background in real estate finance and property transactions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth financial operations across both our BPO and real estate domains.

  • Timings: 5 PM to 2 AM
  • Location: G-11 Markaz (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

  • Record accounts payable and receivable on a timely basis.
  • Prepare monthly finance management reports for internal review.
  • Manage and maintain weekly payroll processing.
  • Administer employee expense claims and reimbursements.
  • Maintain computerized general ledger, cashbook, and cash flows.
  • Manipulate and analyze large volumes of financial data using QuickBooks.
  • Perform reconciliation of control accounts and bank statements.
  • Oversee and record real estate transactions, including the sale and purchase of properties.
  • Maintain proper documentation and compliance for property deals, agreements, and related taxes.
  • Collaborate with management on real estate investment decisions and financial planning.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • ACCA, B.Com, or M.Com from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Proven experience in finance/accounts with additional exposure to real estate transactions.
  • Strong understanding of property sales, purchases, agreements, and related legal/financial documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Excel and financial software (QuickBooks preferred).
  • Strong analytical, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
