Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Technology Specialist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to work on digital transformation projects that blend business technology (BizTech) and marketing technology (MarTech).

You will be supporting the implementation of technology solutions, assisting with client communications, and helping optimize business processes that drive real impact for our clients.

This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, eager to learn, and passionate about business technology and marketing innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support: Assist in managing client accounts by maintaining clear communication and supporting their technology needs.

Project Assistance: Support cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, and marketing) in delivering BizTech & MarTech solutions on time.

Tech Implementation: Learn and help configure tools such as CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics dashboards, and business apps.

Data & Reporting: Monitor system performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve client outcomes.

Training & Documentation: Help create guides and provide basic training so clients and teams can make the most of implemented tools.

Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience

Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRMs, analytics tools, or marketing platforms is a plus.

Problem-Solving: Basic troubleshooting skills with eagerness to learn advanced solutions.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and contribute to decision-making.

Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
