Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Human Resource Assistant
to support our HR department with recruitment, employee relations, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations within the organization and helping to maintain a high-performing and compliant workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Specialize in
Tech Hiring
, including roles such as developers, engineers, DevOps, QA, product managers, etc. - Manage
BPO Hiring
for support roles, including customer service, sales, technical support, and back-office staff. - Maintain and update job descriptions and specifications.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media platforms.
- Coordinate and communicate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, onboarding documents, contracts) according to policy and legal requirements.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonus, leaves).
- Handle administrative tasks related to HR functions such as letters, memos, reports, and filing.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1–3 years of proven experience
in a similar HR support role. - Mandatory:
Hands-on experience in
Tech Hiring
(engineering, IT, product roles). - Mandatory:
Experience in
BPO Hiring
(customer service, support center, call center roles). - Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and hiring platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRMS systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a
Fintech
or
Tech-enabled
company is a plus. - Familiarity with HR laws and labor regulations in Pakistan.
- Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals).
