Role Overview

As a Social Media Executive at ABS International, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing short-form content (e.g., Reels, Shorts, TikToks), designing engaging graphics, and supporting Meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns. You will work with analytics tools like Meta Insights and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track performance, test creatives, and improve reach, engagement, and CTR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce & edit short-form videos end-to-end (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
  • Design captivating social graphics, thumbnails, and ad creatives using Photoshop or Canva.
  • Assist in Meta Ads Manager for setup, creative testing, and performance monitoring.
  • Track campaign data using Meta Insights and GA4, reporting weekly engagement metrics.
  • Maintain content calendars and brand asset libraries.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with overall campaign goals.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in social media content creation (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in video editing tools: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or CapCut.
  • Design tools expertise: Photoshop or Canva.
  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and GA4 analytics.
  • Must be available for on-site evening/night shifts (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM) in Karachi.
  • Punctual, detail-oriented, and creative under tight deadlines.
