Reporting To: HR Manager / Head of HR
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Morning Shift)
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Human Resources to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and leadership skills who can effectively support HR strategy and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in developing job descriptions and managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee concerns and grievances professionally
- Support the implementation of employee engagement activities and events
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS or internal databases
- Ensure HR policies are implemented consistently and fairly
- Support payroll processing by providing attendance and leave data
- Assist in audits and compliance with labor laws and company policies
Performance & Training Management
- Assist in the performance appraisal process
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives
- Track employee performance metrics and generate related reports
Reporting & Support
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management
- Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and execution
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR services
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in a similar HR role
- Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRMS/HRIS is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Pay: Rs80, Rs100,000.00 per month
