Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Lahore. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the hiring process, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Other key responsibilities include conducting onboarding programs, handling performance management, maintaining employee records, and strategizing workforce planning to align with organizational goals.

  • Policy Development, Workforce Planning, and Performance Management capabilities
  • Knowledge of Employment Laws, Compliance, and Record Management
  • Strong Communication, Leadership, and Decision-Making Skills
  • Proficiency in HR Software and Technology Tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Prior experience in healthcare or related industries is a plus
