Job Title: Business Development Manager (Medical Billing)
Location: Bahria Town Phase 6, Islamabad (On-Site)
Reports To: CEO/Chairman
About Us:
At Sparc Care, we specialize in providing professional medical billing, coding, and credentialing services to healthcare providers across the United States. We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team, helping expand our client base by acquiring new medical practices for outsourcing their Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services to our skilled team of billers, coders, and credentialers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and connect with medical practice owners, office managers, and decision-makers via platforms such as Psychology Today, Zocdoc Instagram, and others to drive new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for acquiring new clients in the U.S. healthcare industry.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at medical practices to introduce Sparc Care's RCM services.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals with medical practices looking to outsource their RCM processes.
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and sales strategies that are specifically aligned with the needs of medical practices.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term relationships
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage a team of dialers and executives, overseeing outbound calls and client outreach.
- Set performance expectations and KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching, support, and feedback to team members, motivating them to achieve sales targets.
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management:
- Ensure smooth and seamless client onboarding once the sale is closed, transitioning clients from the sales team to the service delivery team.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the healthcare or medical billing industry.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of the RCM process and the medical billing industry is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , or similar sales tools is a plus.
- Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented, with a strong ability to lead and manage a team.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Shift:
- Night Shift: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM (U.S. Eastern Time)
Compensation:
- Competitive salary with performance-based commissions and bonuses.
