About the Role
We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify and connect with potential clients who can benefit from our AI services. This is a junior-level position — perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and interested in sales, marketing, or business development in the AI space.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, and industry directories
- Gather key decision-maker information (name, role, email, LinkedIn profile, etc.)
- Maintain and update our prospect database / CRM with accurate data
- Support outreach campaigns (email and LinkedIn) alongside the BD team
- Track responses and schedule initial discovery calls
- Collaborate with marketing to align outreach lists with ongoing campaigns
Requirements
- Strong written English and attention to detail
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , or similar tools (preferred but not required)
- Basic understanding of B2B outreach and lead research
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
- Eagerness to learn about AI applications and business development
