About the Role

We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify and connect with potential clients who can benefit from our AI services. This is a junior-level position — perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and interested in sales, marketing, or business development in the AI space.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, and industry directories
  • Gather key decision-maker information (name, role, email, LinkedIn profile, etc.)
  • Maintain and update our prospect database / CRM with accurate data
  • Support outreach campaigns (email and LinkedIn) alongside the BD team
  • Track responses and schedule initial discovery calls
  • Collaborate with marketing to align outreach lists with ongoing campaigns

Requirements

  • Strong written English and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , or similar tools (preferred but not required)
  • Basic understanding of B2B outreach and lead research
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
  • Eagerness to learn about AI applications and business development
