Application Engineer Aftermarket(Parts)-Compressors

Responsibilities:

In aftermarket (parts), following are the main duties,

  • Booking customer orders, follows up deliveries, maintains customer communication relating to open orders, resolves customer issues including returns and exchanges.
  • Provide support for order management, product delivery, and general product information.
  • Ensure the resolution of customer cases by coordinating with aftermarket parts Sales team
  • Manage escalations for issues and handle and resolve issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Handle internal and external customer inquiries regarding order status, inventory availability, delivery status, and pricing.
  • Source new sales opportunities as internal sales through inbound leads follow-up and out-bound cold calls and closing sales to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Working closely with the aftermarket sales team members to achieve the growth targets for the respective territories.

Qualifications:

  • BSc/MSC/BS/BE/BBA along with minimum 1 years' relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong command over MS office tools (MS Excel/Word/Outlook/Powerpoint)
  • Must be attentive to detail
  • Can work on databases
  • Creative and self-initiator
  • Having good time management and problem solving skills
