Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive with at least 6 months of experience in sales, lead generation, or client relationship management. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Generate leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other business platforms.
  • Assist in creating and presenting proposals, sales pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support business growth strategies.
  • Keep records of sales activities, leads, and client communications in CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3 - 6 months of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Timing: 5 pm - 2 am
