Job Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Project Management Executive with a strong background in website development and prior experience working in software houses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of web development projects. Excellent English communication skills are essential for conducting client meetings, reporting progress, and maintaining clear documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple website development projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Conduct client meetings to gather requirements, present updates, and maintain professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
  • Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding of scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for all project activities and client communications.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between technical and business teams.
  • Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management within a software house or IT development environment.
  • Strong understanding of website development processes, CMS platforms, and modern web technologies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle client communication and meetings professionally.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies will be a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of front-end and back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.).
  • Experience in managing international clients.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) will be an advantage.
