Position Title: Fundraising Partnership Manager

Location: PECHS Block 2 - Karachi

Position Summary

The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing fundraising strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand donor networks, and strengthen long-term donor relationships. campaigns, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1:Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to achieve annual revenue targets.

2:Launch and manage multi-channel fundraising campaigns including digital fundraising, corporate appeals, and community-based initiatives.

3:Drive innovative fundraising approaches such as virtual events, peer-to-peer fundraising, kiosks, and corporate drives.

4:Identify, profile, and engage potential high-value donors, corporate partners, and foundations.

5:Maintain strong relationships with existing donors through timely communication, stewardship, and personalized engagement.

6:Develop customized proposals, sponsorship packages, and partnership presentations.

7:Serve as the point of contact for key corporate accounts, ensuring fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables and long-term collaboration.

8:Plan, execute, and monitor fundraising events, donor gatherings, and awareness campaigns.

9:Increase brand visibility through fundraising events and community outreach.

10:Collaborate with marketing teams to develop impactful fundraising materials, success stories, and donor communication content.

11:Support digital fundraising initiatives through email marketing, social media engagement, and online giving campaigns.

12:Maintain accurate donor records, profiling data, and fundraising analytics.13:Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial documentation standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in fundraising, donor relations, corporate partnerships, or NGO resource development.

Demonstrated success in achieving fundraising targets and securing major sponsorships.

Strong understanding of Pakistan's philanthropic landscape, CSR trends, and donor behavior.

Skills & Competencies

Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Strategic thinker with creativity in developing fundraising opportunities.

Proficiency in donor management systems, digital marketing concepts, and reporting tools.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
