We're looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes creativity, the kind of person who can take an idea, a rough voice note, or a screen recording and turn it into something people actually want to watch, read, and share.

At ncrese, we're building AI systems and automations that power real businesses. We're working on ambitious projects, and now we need someone who can help us tell our story better.

What You'll Do:


• Create high-performing content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms


• Turn raw materials (voice clips, demos, Looms, screenshots) into polished videos or visuals


• Design clean, modern posts using tools like Canva, Figma, or CapCut


• Manage our social media pages and keep them active and consistent


• Work directly with the founder to brainstorm ideas, campaigns, and visibility strategies


• Occasionally manage and experiment with paid ads or boosted posts


• Generate creative ideas to make our brand stand out online

• Notion, Buffer, or other scheduling tools


• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or other AI platforms (a plus)
