Role Description
This is a full-time ( Night Shift )7:00PM to 4:00 AM on-site role for a Customer Success Manager/Customer Success Specialist, located in Lahore Garden Town LHR. The primary responsibilities include managing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, working proactively to retain customers, and building long-term partnerships and Up-selling SEO Services. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback to identify areas of improvement, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address client needs efficiently
- Proven experience in Customer Retention and Relationship Building to maintain and grow long-term client connections
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret client data and improve service delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in a customer success or relationship management role is preferred
- Sould have Experience in Digital Marketing SEO Sales.
