Role Overview
We're seeking a Business Development Specialist to help Crafteddots expand its global footprint. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative environment and understands the intersection of design, business, and client success. You'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
• Develop tailored proposals and pitch decks in coordination with the design and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to define growth strategies aligned with company goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify gaps and emerging opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end business development cycle — from prospecting to closing deals.
• Attend virtual networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms to generate leads.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and outcomes using CRM tools.
Requirements
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in design, marketing, or creative industries).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of digital design, branding, and UX/UI trends.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with creative teams.
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, or CRM systems is a plus.
