Location: Lahore based

EFU Life TSM is a telesales and mhealth segment under the umbrella of EFU Life. Combining insuretech and healthtech general operations revolves around selling low ticket inclusive insurance products via Call Centre and providing Video and teleconsultations.

Job Description:

The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales and overall floor, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and guide a team, and a keen understanding of Call Centre sales strategies. They will provide management support in light of policies, procedures, and SOPs defined by management. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Ensure adequate staffing levels to manage shrinkage/churn to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

· Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance agent skills.

· Monitor performance indicators including required man-time, call conversions, QA and others.

· Ensuring RCMs are performed by team leads and performing random call monitoring for RCMs completed by team leads.

· Managing evaluating and uploading calling leads regularly to increase and monitor productivity.

· Develop and enforce adequate standards for quality and sales and constantly optimize these according to evolving requirements.

· Ensuring proper system usage by team leads and agents including CRM, dialer and other supporting tools.

· Foster a positive and energetic work environment to boost team morale and reduce attrition and organize motivational activities, contests, and incentives (campaigns etc) to encourage high performance.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.

· Assist any task delegated by Head of TSM and CSGS.

· Handle employee conflict or direct them to ER for resolution.

Requirements:

· Master's/bachelor's degree

· Confident communicator, and strong organizational and planning abilities with a professional approach

· Good Communication skills

· Data Analysis & Reporting

· Collaboration & Teamwork

· Sales Process Knowledge

· Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc) are required.

Experience:

· 2-4 years of relevant experience
