About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and reliable
General Virtual Assistant
to provide day-to-day support to our UK-based business. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and communication tasks remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling appointments.
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Conduct online research and compile data as required.
  • Manage files, documents, and shared drives.
  • Assist with social media management and content scheduling.
  • Coordinate with team members and provide general administrative support.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and project management software (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
