Job Title: Business Development Executive (B2B Sales)
Location: Nazimabad, Karachi
Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue through effective communication, negotiation, and strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and engage potential business clients through calls, emails, meetings, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with company offerings.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients.
- Track and report sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends.
- Maintain an updated CRM or client database for follow-ups and relationship management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Business Development (fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with corporate clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60, Rs90,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
