Job Title: Reconciliation Manager

Job Summary:

We're looking for a Reconciliation Manager to handle daily and monthly account reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor, and customer accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve mismatches in records.
  • Prepare reconciliation and audit reports.
  • Coordinate with accounts, sales, and procurement teams.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (B.Com / BS Accounting).
  • 1–3 years of experience in reconciliation or accounting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
