Reconciliation and Settlements Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily settlement and reconciliation of financial transactions
  • Track and verify incoming and outgoing payments with accuracy
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve settlement discrepancies
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards related to settlements using advanced Excel functions
  • Maintain and update settlement records and documentation
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 years experience in finance, preferably in settlements or reconciliation
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, data cleaning, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Skills:
Experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerce industry is a plus.
