Job Title: Performance Marketing & Content Strategist

Location: On-site

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing & Content Strategist who can manage paid marketing campaigns while also developing creative content strategies that drive engagement and sales. The ideal candidate has both an analytical and creative mindset — someone who can interpret data, craft compelling messages, and scale results through well-structured campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage campaign budgets, track performance, and maintain a strong ROAS.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for creatives and ad copies.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop performance reports with actionable insights for continuous growth.

Content Strategy:

  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with campaign objectives and brand identity.
  • Plan monthly content calendars for social media and ad creatives.
  • Write compelling ad copies, headlines, and storytelling-driven campaign content.
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce engaging ad visuals.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and tone across all digital platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing and/or content strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce funnels, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills for digital ads.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize performance.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for trends and audience behavior.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Performance Max campaigns and UGC-style ad content.
  • Knowledge of SEO and social media management tools.
  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or eCommerce brands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs100,000.00 per month
