We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented
Performance Marketer
to lead and optimize our digital marketing campaigns, ensuring measurable results and maximizing ROI. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and a proven track record in planning, executing, and enhancing performance-driven marketing initiatives across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aimed at achieving key business objectives, including customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Identify target audiences, market segments, and suitable digital channels to enhance campaign effectiveness.

2. Campaign Management:

Oversee the full lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns, including ad creation, budget allocation, and performance monitoring.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI, making data-driven adjustments to enhance results.

3. Paid Advertising:

Manage paid search (SEM), paid social (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), display ads, and other performance-based channels.

Collaborate with the design team to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

Leverage analytics tools to collect, analyze, and interpret data across marketing channels.

Prepare detailed performance reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

Identify trends and present findings to the marketing team and senior management.

5. Budget Management:

Effectively manage and allocate marketing budgets to maximize ROI and cost efficiency.

Prioritize resources based on performance data and strategic goals.

6. A/B Testing and Experimentation:

Design and implement A/B tests to optimize ad performance, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

Continuously experiment to improve campaign effectiveness and uncover new opportunities.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure alignment with brand messaging and customer experience.

Coordinate with other departments to integrate marketing efforts seamlessly.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience:
2-3 years in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns that drive measurable results.

Expertise:
Hands-on experience with paid search, social media advertising, and display advertising.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Tools:
Proficient in platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and A/B testing tools.

Strategic Thinking:
Capable of developing performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Communication:
Excellent presentation and communication skills to share strategies, results, and recommendations effectively.

Budget Management:
Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets for maximum ROI.

Adaptability:
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are an advantage.
