The Role: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) with
deep startup
and
B2C
experience to be the architect of our operational excellence. This is a foundational leadership role where you will translate our ambitious vision into a scalable, efficient, and high-performing operational reality.

You will own the entire customer journey-from acquisition and onboarding to support and retention-ensuring that our operations not only support but accelerate our growth. You are a player-coach who is equally comfortable designing a high-level strategy and diving into the data to solve a process bottleneck.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Strategy & Scaling:

Develop and execute the company's operational strategy, aligning it with our overall business goals and growth targets.

Design, implement, and optimize scalable processes across all functions, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Logistics.

Build robust systems for tracking KPIs, forecasting, and reporting to the executive team and board.

2. Driving B2C Growth & Customer Experience:

Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, focusing on maximizing Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and minimizing churn.

Partner with the CEO and CMO to optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) and improve conversion funnels.

Champion the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring our operations deliver a seamless, delightful, and brand-consistent experience.

Leverage data and customer feedback to iterate and improve our product/service delivery continuously.

3. Cross-Functional Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and scale the operations teams, including Customer Support, Supply Chain, and/or Business Operations.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Act as a key integrator between Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to ensure strategic alignment and flawless execution.

4. Startup Execution & Resource Management:

Thrive in a resource-constrained environment, making strategic trade-offs and doing more with less.

Manage the operational P&L, develop budgets, and ensure efficient allocation of capital.

Be hands-on in problem-solving, willing to get into the weeds to unblock challenges and lead by example.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Experience)

Must-Haves:

Proven Startup Operator:
8+ years of operational leadership experience, with a significant portion spent in high-growth B2C startups (Seed to Series C).

B2C Scale Expert:
Demonstrable experience scaling a B2C company, including managing rapid user growth, complex logistics, and high-volume customer support.

Data-Driven Decisiveness:
Expert in using data analytics (SQL proficiency a plus) and business intelligence tools to drive operational decisions and measure ROI.

Systems Thinker:
A proven track record of designing and implementing systems and processes that scale efficiently.

Leadership & Influence:
Exceptional leadership skills with experience building, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams. You are a natural collaborator and influencer.

Resilience & Grit:
You are energized by challenges, adaptable to change, and maintain a calm, focused demeanor under pressure.
