Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Lahore. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Other tasks include designing, building, and maintaining our social media presence, measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, identifying trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on the insights, and brainstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

  • Develop, implement, and optimize data-driven paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and programmatic channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align media buying strategies with business goals and KPIs.
  • Forecast, allocate, and manage monthly/quarterly media budgets effectively.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns (search, display, video, social, native, etc.) to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing and multivariate testing across creatives, targeting, ad copy, and landing pages.
  • Monitor performance daily and implement real-time optimizations to maximize ROI.
  • Negotiate and purchase ad inventory on various digital media platforms and ad exchanges.
  • Manage relationships with media vendors, DSPs, and third-party platforms for best placements and pricing.
  • Stay current on market trends and new buying opportunities across channels.
  • Use platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketing dashboards to measure performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer journey and attribution models to optimize touchpoints.
  • Work closely with creative, SEO, content, and product teams to align paid campaigns with holistic digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members or external agencies when applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5 plus years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid media and media buying.
  • Expert knowledge of platforms like:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter/X Ads
  • Demand Side Platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk)
  • Strong understanding of tracking pixels, UTMs, cookies, and conversion attribution.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio/Looker, Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly.
