Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive 
Team Lead / Product Runtime Engineer
 to lead cross-functional development teams and ensure smooth product runtime operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in 
AI, backend, and frontend systems
, along with leadership experience in defining architecture, enforcing coding standards, and collaborating with DevOps for seamless deployment and runtime performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor development teams across AI, backend, and frontend domains.
  • Define and enforce 
    coding standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines
     to ensure maintainable and scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with 
    DevOps engineers
     to design and optimize 
    runtime orchestration
    , continuous integration, and deployment workflows.
  • Monitor product runtime performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement performance optimization strategies.
  • Drive 
    technical reviews
    , code audits, and system design discussions.
  • Coordinate with 
    product managers
     to align technical execution with business goals and delivery timelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and uptime.
  • Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance product performance and developer productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in 
    backend technologies
     (e.g., , Python, Java) and 
    frontend frameworks
     (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
  • Experience with 
    AI/ML integration
    , APIs, and microservice architecture.
  • Strong understanding of 
    DevOps practices
    , containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality software under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with 
    cloud platforms
     (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Knowledge of 
    runtime policy enforcement
    , 
    monitoring tools
    , and 
    observability stacks
     (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
  • Familiarity with 
    security best practices
     and runtime isolation (e.g., gVisor, sandboxing).
  • Experience working in 
    Agile/Scrum
     environments.
