Assistant Office Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and well-presentable Assistant Office Manager with strong communication and management skills. The role requires handling day-to-day office tasks, coordinating with staff, and managing in-office and out-of-office assignments, including bank visits and other operational errands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Manage in/out official documents and maintain proper records
- Coordinate with staff and departments for smooth workflow
- Handle bank-related tasks and represent the office for outside assignments
- Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and basic office management duties
- Support management in operational and organizational tasks
Requirements:
- Attractive and confident personality
- Good communication and management skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability
- Ability to handle outside tasks (bank/market/official work)
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate/Bachelor preferred
- Full-time availability
