
Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) with prior call center experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to healthcare providers and medical practices to introduce and promote our medical billing and credentialing services. The ideal candidate is persuasive, confident, and able to build strong relationships with potential clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers, practice managers, and clinic owners to promote our medical billing and credentialing services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through consistent outreach efforts.
- Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our services and answer initial inquiries from prospects.
- Schedule meetings or follow-up calls between interested providers and our business development team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on warm leads and respond promptly to inquiries received via phone, email, or online channels.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly outreach and lead generation targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, telemarketing, or customer service role.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive sales skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of medical billing and credentialing processes (preferred, but not mandatory — training will be provided).
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
