
Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers during overnight hours, providing support through phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly, professionally, and accurately. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner * Provide accurate product, service, and account information * Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns * Document customer interactions in the system accurately and thoroughly * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as necessary * Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers * Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores * Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) * Proven experience in customer service or a similar role * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and holidays * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) * Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills * Reliable internet connection (if remote role) Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in a call center or remote customer service environment * Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus * Knowledge of [industry-specific] products or services What We Offer: * Competitive night shift pay and shift differentials * Performance-based bonuses * Paid training * Opportunities for growth and advancement * Supportive and inclusive work environment
