Job Overview
Gubloo Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. is a fast growing and dynamic technology and staffing solutions company that specializes in delivering tailored business services to clients. We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive.
This role covers sales outreach, consistent communication with prospects, and organizing meetings. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken), strong interpersonal abilities, and prior experience in sales or client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective companies to expand business opportunities
- Conduct outreach to prospective companies and identify qualified leads
- Communicate with potential clients via calls, emails, and professional scripts
- Schedule meetings and ensure timely follow ups with decision makers
- Support sales operations and maintain accurate CRM records
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree (Graduates preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in Sales, Communication, or Business Development
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to write professional outreach scripts and business emails
- Organized, self driven, and capable of handling multiple leads simultaneously
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with B2B outreach or lead generation for international clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting practices
- Goal oriented with strong time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
