Quality Supervisor – Collection Centers

Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to monitor and ensure the quality of commodities at our collection centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality standards, supervising inspection processes, and ensuring that all commodities meet company requirements. This role demands strong knowledge of agricultural products, quality assurance techniques, and leadership to guide collection center teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise quality inspection processes at collection centers.
  • Ensure commodities meet company-defined quality standards before storage and dispatch.
  • Train and guide staff on quality control procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and generate quality reports.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams regarding quality concerns.
  • Identify quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and monitor improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in quality control, preferably in agriculture/commodities handling.
  • Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques and agricultural standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and quality management systems/software.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Timings: Mon–Fri 9 AM to 6 PM | Sat 10 AM to 4 PM
