We are seeking a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
with diverse recruitment experience across industries and functions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in hiring for both
technical and non-technical positions
, with a proven ability to attract, assess, and onboard high-quality candidates in a fast-paced business environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the
    end-to-end recruitment process
    (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding).
  • Partner with department heads/clients to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong
    talent pipeline
    for current and future hiring needs.
  • Recruit across a wide range of functions:
  • Technical roles
    (IT, software, and technical support)
  • Non-technical roles
    (operations, BPO, sales, business development and medical billing ).
  • Conduct initial screenings and competency-based interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Build a strong employer brand and enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports, metrics, and applicant tracking systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of recruitment experience (BPO, IT, and healthcare/medical billing experience is a plus).
  • Proven success in hiring both
    technical and non-technical
    roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
