Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, based in Islamabad. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also includes analyzing market trends, preparing strategic business plans, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research for identifying and pursuing business opportunities
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities to build and maintain client relationships
- Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and developing strategic plans
- Self-motivated and results-driven attitude with excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of revenue cycle management or experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
