Job Overview:

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategies and objectives related to HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Maintain and enhance employee relations, morale, and performance.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR systems, processes, and policies.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and resolve employee conflicts.
  • Maintain HR records and reports as per company standards.
  • Coordinate with department heads to forecast future hiring needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
  • Must have experience in the service sector or solar/renewable energy industry.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Pakistan.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management software/tools.
