Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement, communicate, and maintain the quality plan.
  • Maintain QA/QC objectives, targets, and processes, and review new targets, protocols, equipment, and technologies for quality standards.
  • Implement corrective actions when necessary and assist in achieving ISO 15189 Standard accreditations.
  • Monitor QA/QC performance by gathering and analyzing relevant data from electronic and hard-copy sources.
  • Assure proper qualification, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment and online test instruments.
  • Perform regular internal quality audits, recommend changes, and initiate corrective or preventative actions as appropriate.
  • Identify quality-related training needs and deliver training to personnel.

Job Requirements:

  • Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology
  • Experience: 1-2 years within similar role
  • Location: Korangi Crossing, Karachi
