Responsibilities

Develop and implement detailed scorecards (KPI's), checklists, and audit

procedures for both on-site merchant visits and internal process reviews.


• Establish and manage a field audit program to conduct regular and surprise

(Mystery) visits to partner merchant locations.


• Oversee the scheduling and execution of these visits to ensure partner brands are

offering the committed discounts (offers) and maintaining service standards.


• Analyze findings from field audits to identify trends in non-compliance and report

on overall partner performance.


• Lead, mentor, and train a team of Quality Assurance Executives on all aspects of

quality monitoring and to conduct on-site merchant audits.


• Set clear performance goals and manage the day-to-day activities of the QA team,

both in-office and in the field.


• Prepare comprehensive reports combining insights from external audits and field

checks.


• Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Alliance, Marketing, Ops,

Product, Customer Service) to address issues of merchant non-compliance.


• Implement corrective action plans and working with internal teams to ensure the

Qualifications

Proven experience in quality assurance, audit, or a related field, preferably in

Merchant Acquiring/ Fintech or banking.


• At least 3 years of proven experience managing a team.


• Experience in designing or managing field audit, mystery shopping visits, or

brand compliance programs is highly desirable.


• Language proficiency in English and Urdu.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


• Willingness and ability to travel nationwide or within the city/region to conduct

and oversee field audits.


• In-depth knowledge of the merchant acquiring ecosystem.
