We are looking for a Field Auditor to join our Inventory & Aftersales team. The role involves conducting audits at outlets and warehouses, monitoring inventory health, and assisting in aftersales performance evaluation. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of practical experience in inventory auditing or stock control, preferably in the electronics industry. This is a field-based role that requires travel to branches, warehouses, and service centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical stock audits at warehouses, outlets, and branches, reviewing system records and identifying discrepancies.
  • Monitor overall inventory health, including slow-moving, damaged, or non-compliant stock.
  • Audit showroom complaints and aftersales service processes, highlighting gaps for improvement.
  • Prepare daily and weekly audit reports for management, maintaining proper documentation.
  • Support management in implementing audit controls and corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of practical experience in inventory auditing or stock control (electronics industry preferred).
  • Strong skills in MS Excel and familiarity with inventory systems.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong communication skills for reporting and coordination.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for audits.
