Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Main Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi

Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

HR Manager
to lead our Human Resources operations and play a key role in scaling our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment with a focus on quality hiring, especially for high-profile and specialized roles.
  • Drive salary negotiations and ensure competitive, fair compensation practices.
  • Design, implement, and maintain HR operational controls, policies, and processes.
  • Introduce and effectively manage HR systems/CRMs to streamline operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent in the BPO industry.
  • Foster a professional and engaging work environment that supports employee growth and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3 years of proven HR management experience
    (BPO industry experience highly preferred).
  • Strong expertise in recruitment, including persuasive negotiation and talent acquisition for specialized roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement HR policies, controls, and frameworks.
  • Experience using HR software/CRM for streamlined operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be comfortable working in the
    night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
    .
  • Location: Must be able to commute to
    Main Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi
    .
