Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Patient Communication Specialist. The Patient Communication Specialist will be responsible for writing and distributing press releases, managing internal communications, and developing strategic communication plans. Day-to-day tasks include facilitating clear and effective communication between patients and the healthcare team, handling inquiries, and maintaining comprehensive records of patient interactions.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Internal Communications skills
  • Experience in writing Press Releases
  • Ability to execute Strategic Communications plans
  • Proficiency in Writing clear and concise messages
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in healthcare communication is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • 2+ years experience required

Location: Valencia Town, Lahore

Timing: 05 PM to 02 AM
