Job Description:

As a Service Advisor at Margalla Motors, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers regarding their vehicle service needs. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a seamless and satisfactory service experience. You will be responsible for understanding customer concerns, scheduling service appointments, and providing professional advice on necessary maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and ascertain their vehicle service needs with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Conduct initial vehicle inspections and document customer concerns accurately.
  • Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs to customers.
  • Prepare and present service estimates and obtain customer authorization for work to be performed.
  • Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of vehicle repairs.
  • Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any changes to the estimated completion times.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and support.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in automotive technology is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using automotive service software and computer applications.
  • A customer-centric attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
