Position Overview:

We are looking for a Field Order Booker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting pharmacies, hospitals, and medical stores within the assigned territory to book orders, promote products, and maintain strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit assigned pharmacies, hospitals, and medical stores on a daily basis to collect orders.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Promote company products and communicate ongoing promotions or new product launches.
  • Achieve monthly sales and order booking targets.
  • Gather market intelligence regarding competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Commerce, or related field).
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or distribution (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with local pharmaceutical market and retail network.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Own transport (motorbike) preferred.
