Key Responsibilities

  • Process and enter financial data accurately, maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and oversee petty cash management (tracking & replenishing)
  • Assist with payroll & EOBI processing
  • Ability to handle tax compliance, filing, planning, and research.
  • Coordinate with Admin for purchase orders and vendor payments
  • Prepare timely monthly and annual financial reports for operating entities and related companies
  • Generate detailed owner statements summarizing transactions, charges, and payments
  • Manage inter-company transactions and account reconciliations (GL, sub-ledgers, bank statements)
  • Assist during external audits—compiling and providing required documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and strata as well as resort-related regulations
  • Provide Legal support to the CEO as needed

Requirements

  • CA/ACCA Qualification is a must
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
  • Proficient with accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Solid understanding of financial methodologies, accounting principles, and payroll
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and organizational abilities – able to collaborate with finance, admin, and legal teams

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs20, Rs30,000.00 per month
