Job Description:

Innowi empowers restaurants to easily scale their businesses, diversify revenue streams, and provide a better customer experience - with the help of our complete restaurant management solution through our Kiosk, QR Code Ordering, Online Ordering, Restaurant POS, KDS, Admin app, Marketing & Rewards, Reporting & Analytics, Employee Management, and much more

Responsibilities

  • High volume cold calling, prospecting for new business, and making outbound calls. You're looking for the diamond in the rough, expect to have a high volume of outbound calls with a small number of qualified prospects responding.
  • Set the calendar invite for our Front End Team to visit the prospect and help them close the deal.
  • Probe prospects to understand pain points within their business.
  • Educate Restaurant Owners and Managers about Innowi Inc.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and provide accurate forecasts for closing rates.
  • Maintain Salesforce Hygiene and set calendars in collaboration with Front End.
  • Direct Reporting to Sales Leaders and Managers.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 6 years of work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
  • Strong end-to-end ownership attitude from prospecting to closing.
  • Must be a self-starter, who empowers themselves and others to learn in a quickly evolving environment.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thrives with change.
  • Experience with Salesforce, MS Office tools, and general technical aptitude preferred.
