Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Executive / HR Manager located in Lahore with some work-from-home flexibility. The HR Executive / HR Manager will handle a variety of day-to-day tasks including recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves conducting performance reviews, employee development, and managing payroll and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Strong recruitment and employee onboarding skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and maintaining employee records
  • Expertise in managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws
  • Skills in conducting performance reviews and employee development
  • Proficiency in payroll and benefits management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in eCommerce or relevant industry is a plus
