Job Purpose

  • To balance workload and ensure sustainable operations

Job Responsibilities

  • Communication & Operational Support Ensuring effective communication with internal customers that delivers relevant, consistent and useful information. Ensure smooth coordination and strong follow up with Product owners and other departments to meet all SLAs. Implementation of best practices & be able to perform ad-hoc tasks with good quality within defined timelines.
  • Development & Re-engineering Processes Developing and re-engineering standardized departmental processes with focus on efficient execution, customer centricity, and improved time to market.
  • Developing information standardization approaches and ensuring availability of right information across all customers touch point by utilizing information management tools and techniques.
  • Reviewing and developing SLA's and TAT within and other departments of organizations for effective and efficient services.
  • Ensuring information delivery channel follows effective mechanism that delivers relevant, consistent and useful information.
  • Developing and executing new policies and processes in compliance with standards of the organization to provide good customer experience.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of policies and procedures in place in all corporate sales sections and identification of areas where new policies are required in order to ensure to greater efficiency of the business.
  • Project Management: End-to End management of projects/ special assignments (Departmental/Organization level) Ability to interpret and prioritize multiple, potentially conflicting requirements Planning, organizing, deployment and controlling projects.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:

  • Masters or at least Bachelor's Degree in Management Science or Computer Science

Work Experience

  • Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience
