About the Role:
Savvital is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Executive to support our hiring initiatives. This role is perfect for a highly organized individual who is passionate about finding the best talent and is ready to take ownership of the candidate screening and pipeline management process.
Responsibilities:
Your mission as a Part-Time Recruitment Executive will include:
- Screening: Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and fit for various roles.
- Screening Calls: Perform initial screening calls to gain a deeper understanding of candidates' experience and career goals.
- ATS Management: Manage and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Job Board Management: Post and monitor job openings on different platforms and job boards to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including Breezy, , or other similar platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Work Timings:
This is a Part-time role with US Hours' Shift. Specific hours will be determined based on business needs.
