About the Role

We're looking for a
highly skilled Data Scraping & Email Marketing Specialist
to join our growing team in Lahore.

This role requires someone
technically strong, detail-oriented, and experienced in lead generation, data extraction, verification, and email campaign automation.

You'll be responsible for sourcing verified leads, managing outreach tools like Smartlead
, and ensuring end-to-end execution of data-driven email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use
    Apify, Apollo, and other advanced data scraping tools
    to extract and build targeted prospect lists.
  • Perform
    data cleaning, lead enrichment, and verification
    using multiple lead verification platforms.
  • Manage and maintain multiple
    email sending domains
    , and integrate them seamlessly with Smartlead.
  • Set up, optimize, and monitor
    Smartlead campaigns
    for effective cold email outreach.
  • Conduct
    A/B testing, email warm-ups, deliverability checks
    , and ensure optimal inbox placement.
  • Track campaign metrics and provide analytical reports on open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align lead generation and outreach goals.
  • Continuously explore new scraping tools and automation methods to enhance efficiency.

Required Technical Skills

  • Expertise in:
    Apify, Apollo, Smartlead (mandatory)
  • Proficiency with other data scraping tools (e.g., PhantomBuster, Clay, or Scrapy)
  • Experience with
    lead verification platforms
    (NeverBounce, Zerobounce, etc.)
  • Knowledge of
    domain setup, DNS management, DKIM/SPF records
    , and email deliverability
  • Strong understanding of
    email marketing automation, campaign optimization, and outreach sequencing
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Basic understanding of data privacy and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    2 years of proven experience
    in email marketing and data scraping
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Work Arrangement

This is a
100% onsite position
